These Terms of Service govern the use of Hu. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
Hu is a platform that allows merchants and teams to manage conversations from multiple channels (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Gmail, Telegram, and others), including AI-assisted replies, agents, and optional integrations with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Tiendanube.
2. Permitted Use
- Use only with accounts you own or are authorized to manage
- Comply with the policies of each connected platform (Meta, Shopify, Tiendanube, Google, Telegram, etc.)
- Do not use the service for spam, fraud, or any illegal activity
- You are responsible for the data of your customers and for informing them how their data is processed when using Hu
3. Account and Access
The workspace administrator is responsible for the users they invite. By registering or accepting an invitation, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Artificial Intelligence
AI features—including reply suggestions, conversation summaries, insights, and agents—act as assistants and do not replace human responsibility. You are fully responsible for messages sent from your accounts, whether composed manually or with AI assistance. Data processed by AI may be sent to vetted third-party providers.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Hu relies on third-party APIs and platforms (Meta, Shopify, Tiendanube, MercadoLibre, Google, Telegram, etc.). Their availability, terms, and policies are outside our control. Hu is not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations imposed by these platforms. By connecting an integration, you authorize Hu to access the data permitted by that platform's authorization scope.
6. Intellectual Property
Hu retains all intellectual property rights over the platform, its code, design, and documentation. The merchant retains all rights over their own content, data, and customer information.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the service, actions of third-party platforms, or unauthorized access to your account.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hu, its team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
9. Privacy
Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Hu, you acknowledge and accept the data practices described therein.
10. Modifications
Hu reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of misuse, policy violations, or non-payment. You may stop using Hu at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be submitted to mandatory mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina.
